Kids in the Rotunda

Madison Ballet

Offstage and Personal
Sat, Feb 26 Rotunda Stage | Free /Running time: 45 minutes

Madison Ballet returns to the Rotunda Stage for an "off-stage and personal" look at what it's really like to be a dancer. Take part in a ballet class warm up, see the dancers practice their barre and center floor work, and watch a rehearsal up close. Don't miss this unique opportunity to experience the Madison Ballet like never before!

Each Saturday from the end of September through April at 9:30 AM, 11 AM and 1 PM, Overture Center presents Kids in the Rotunda, a series of FREE artistic programs designed for children and families. This popular performing arts series on the Rotunda Stage offers a relaxed, kid-friendly environment in which to enjoy a diverse lineup of local and regional musicians, storytellers, jugglers, theater troupes, magicians and dancers. The 1 PM performances are sign language interpreted.

Kids in the Rotunda is generously sponsored by American Girl's Fund for Children. Additional funding for Kids in the Rotunda is provided by contributors to the Ovation Fund and also by members of the KIR Club.
